We recommend arriving at least one to two days prior to the wedding to relax, adjust to the time difference, and enjoy Split before the celebrations begin.

Split Airport (SPU) is the closest airport and is approximately 30 minutes from Villa Dalmacija.

Taxis and Uber are readily available throughout Split. While we recommend scheduling a ride, so you can fully enjoy the evening, guests are also welcome to drive themselves. Parking will be available at the venue.

Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.

There are many beautiful hotels and private accommodations in Split. We recommend staying near the Old Town or along the Riva promenade for convenience and atmosphere. A list of suggested accommodations can be found on the Accommodations page.

The wedding celebration will be held primarily outdoors. We recommend block heels over stilettos, as the venue features garden paths and waterfront stone terraces. Details regarding the Welcome Dinner will be shared soon.

Early September in Split is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to mid-80s °F (24–30°C). Evenings may cool slightly.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration.

Due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Croatia uses the Euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted throughout Split.

Croatia is part of the Schengen Area. Guests holding U.S., German, Spanish, and Brazilian passports do not require a visa for short stays. Turkish citizens holding a valid German residence permit may also travel visa-free for short visits. We recommend confirming your individual travel requirements and ensuring your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your departure date.
